At House of Moyra, we take pride in delivering premium quality Indo-western fashion. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The original tag seal must be intact and unbroken.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage caused by the customer.
- Return shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.
- Once we receive and verify the item, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
To initiate an exchange, please write to us at hello@houseofmoyra.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Returns — Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- You must record a video while opening the parcel. This unboxing video is mandatory to raise a damage claim. Claims without a video cannot be processed.
- You must report the damage to us at hello@houseofmoyra.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and the unboxing video attached.
- Upon verification by our quality team, we will offer a replacement or store credit, as applicable.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Customised orders (including size alterations and made-to-order pieces).
- Any order where the tag seal has been broken or removed.
- Items that are worn, washed, soiled, or damaged by the customer.
- Damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- Orders returned without a valid unboxing video as proof of damage.
- Orders that could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or where delivery was refused by the recipient.
Colour Disclaimer
We endeavour to represent our product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However, actual colours may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to differences in display settings, screen calibration, and ambient lighting. This does not qualify as a defect.
