Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time for each piece is mentioned on its respective product page. Delivery time is calculated from the date of order confirmation, not the date of purchase.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within the timeframe indicated. During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — we will keep you informed if this is the case.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
- All applicable taxes are included in the price listed on the website. No additional charges will be applied at the time of delivery.
- We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international destinations. Please write to us at hello@houseofmoyra.com to confirm availability for your location before placing an order.
- Free international shipping is available on orders above ₹40,000. A shipping charge will apply on orders below this value.
- Customs duties and local taxes applicable in your destination country are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer directly to the shipping partner at the time of delivery. The amount varies based on the policies of your destination country. House of Moyra has no control over these charges and cannot predict their value.
- International delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local logistics.
Order Tracking

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
We take every effort to meet the estimated delivery dates shared at the time of order. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including weather disruptions, logistical issues, or other unforeseen events.
- If your order is delayed beyond 7–10 days of the estimated delivery date, our team will proactively reach out to you to provide an update and confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order.
- In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling your order, you will be offered an alternative option, store credit, or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

- Delivery is subject to successful order confirmation and payment clearance.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners once the order has been dispatched.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. House of Moyra will not be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
